Handling your complaints
Nobody likes it when the service or your order is not according to standards. We love to help you out and resolve any issue you have. You can e-mail us at:

We will look at your issue and we will try to offer a solution where everybody walks away happy.
After filing a complaint, you will receive a confirmation.
We will reply to your complaint within 14 days, but if we need more time, we will let you know as soon as possible.
If you don’t appreciate our policy, you can also contact The Foundation Webshop Trustmark, where we are a member. They will try and resolve the issue. You can contact them here: https://www.keurmerk.info/en/consumers/complaint
Since February 2016, comsumers in the EU are eligible to file a complaint at the ODR platform from the European Commission. You can find the ODR platform here: http://ec.europa.eu/odr. If the complaint is not yet being dealt with elsewhere, you are free to file the complaint via the European Union platform.
